rochdale FAQS

We want everyone to have the best mini golf experience available when they visit our Rochdale centre. That’s why we’ve answered many of our frequently asked questions below to help you plan the perfect trip.

Do you have disabled access?

1

Yes, all of our centres either have lifts or ramp access from the street and all centres include ramps on to the courses.

How long does a game of mini golf take?

1

A game of mini golf takes approximately 10 minutes per person for one course. So if six people were playing on one course together, it would typically last about an hour. The more courses you play, the longer the game will last.

1

Currently you can only book for 6 people. A maximum of 60 people are allowed on each course at one time.

How old do you have to be to play mini golf?

1

There are no restrictions, however we suggest that under 14s are supervised by a responsible adult/parent or legal guardian whilst in our centres. There is no upper age limit, we love to see all ages coming together to have great fun on the lanes. Areas within our centres have age restrictions, e.g. only over 18s are allowed in our bar after 9pm. Under 18's are also only allowed in our premises after 6pm with a responsible adult/parent or legal guardian. We will ask for proof of age.

Can I bring my own putter or balls?

1

Putters and balls that are not provided by Puttstars cannot be used on our courses.

What age is classed as junior for mini golf?

1

The junior age range is from 0-15 years old.

What is your dress code?

1

There is no set dress code, other than that we ask our guests to remove any hoods and caps so that we can see their smiling faces! Obviously, we ask that you behave appropriately and considerately at all times, which covers wearing appropriate clothing for a family centre.

Can I book mini golf in advance?

1

Yes. We don’t like turning people away, and as mini golf can get busy at peak times, we always advise people to book online in advance. Book online or through our contact centre in advance for the best prices.

How much does a game of mini golf cost?

1

Our standard prices and offers can be found on our Rochdale centre page.

What is the breakdown of the family deal?

1

The family deal for 4 people is for 2 adults and 2 juniors, or 1 adult and 3 juniors.

The family deal for 5 people is for 2 adults and 3 juniors, or 1 adult and 4 juniors.

Can I watch other people play mini golf?

1

You will need to pay to play each course, you are welcome to wait for family and/or friends in the diner, bar or amusements area if you’re not playing.

Do you offer a concession rate?

1

Yes, we offer concessionary rates of around 50% to those with disabilities (and their carers) and seniors. These rates are available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays. There are certain limited ‘peak’ periods where it is not always possible to offer any concessionary discounts. This applies to all our concessionary or promotional rates, including those with disabilities (and their carers), adult, family, student and senior groups.
